Beauty Circle Rewards (also referred to as Emma Lewisham’s Rewards Program) is a customer rewards program (“Program”) managed and conducted by Emma Lewisham Limited (“Emma Lewisham” “we” or “our”) for the benefit of its customers (“Customer” or “you”). Joining the Program is automatic upon the creation of an Account by providing personal information on emmalewisham.com or its subdomains.

By joining Beauty Circle Rewards you agree to these Beauty Circle Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Reward Terms”). Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to these Terms.

• To join Beauty Circle Rewards, create an account on emmalewisham.com
• If you are under the age of 18 years, you must have parental/guardian approval to opt into the Program, and further your parent/guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
• It is free to join and there are no fees to have a Beauty Circle Rewards Account
• You may cancel your Beauty Circle Rewards Account at any time by emailing our Customer Service team at hello@emmalewisham.co.nz If you cancel your Account, your accrued Points will be no longer be available.
• Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Members.
• Beauty Circle Rewards are available for all countries except Australia. In Australia customers may collect reward points when they purchase Emma Lewisham products through our exclusive Australian retail partner MECCA, via their reward programme. All rewards points collected through MECCA will be subject to MECCA’s applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies.

• To earn points for your purchases online, you must use the email address associated with your Account.
• You can earn Beauty Circle Rewards by purchasing Refill Products, New Product Jars or Bottles, successfully Referring a Friend to purchase Emma Lewisham and by creating an Account for Beauty Circle Rewards. These points will be calculated and accessible on your Rewards dashboard within 36 hours of taking the action.
• Extra points (+20) for subscribing to a product will be available within five working days of subscribing to a product or paying for a repeat subscription order.
• In New Zealand and the UK, you can also earn Beauty Circle Rewards by returning an empty Emma Lewisham Refill Pod or Pouch. Points for returning pods and pouches will be calculated once a month within 14 business days of a new month commencing. You will be notified via email of the allocation of these points if you are subscribed to Emma Lewisham updates
• To earn points for returning a Refill Pod or Pouch you must use the Beauty Circle Returns label available on emmalewisham.com or its subdomains checkout cart to send your Refill back to us.
• Returns made to Emma Lewisham Retail partners will not qualify for Beauty Circle Rewards Points.
• A Refill Pod or Pouch covers these Products:

• Supernatural Face Oil Refill (Pouch)
• Illuminating Oil Cleanser Refill (Pouch)
• Illuminating Exfoliant Refill (Pouch)
• Illuminating Face & Body Oil Refill (Pouch)
• You can also earn points by successfully Referring a Friend to make a purchase on emmalewisham.com or its subdomains.
• A Referral is defined as a purchase made by a customer (the ‘referred customer’) through exclusively using another customer’s (the ‘referring customer’) unique referral link.
• If a referred customer does not use this unique link to make a purchase, this purchase will not count as a Referral.
• For every unique qualifying purchase made by a customer because of a referral, the referring customer will get 100 Beauty Circle Rewards points as part of the program.
• For a Referral to be successful it must:
• Be a new customer to Emma Lewisham as matched on email address
• Include at least one product in the order, excluding the complimentary product reward Emma Lewisham offers.
• Referrals are subject to verification, Emma Lewisham may withhold the offer for a referral where it deems a customer has referred a customer under fraudulent or suspicious circumstances and/or are in violation of these Terms and conditions.
• When you provide your friends email address it will be used to send one email to your friend inviting them to try Emma Lewisham. The friend’s email will not be sent any further marketing communications from Emma Lewisham unless they decide to opt in to Emma Lewisham marketing communications.
• By providing the email address of your friend, you acknowledge you have obtained your friend's approval to share their email address for the purpose of receiving one email offer from Emma Lewisham.
• Beauty Circle Rewards excludes returns, refunds, delivery charges, and the purchase of gift cards.
• Emma Lewisham reserves the right to change points balances if it believes someone is unfairly accumulating points not within the rules set out in these terms and conditions.
• Points or vouchers earned as part of this loyalty program are not redeemable as cash or monetary value.
• Individuals receiving a free product to represent the Emma Lewisham brand are not eligible to receive points for gifted products.
• Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

•  As part of the Program, you will be eligible to earn Beauty Circle Rewards Points by purchasing products on our online store and/or performing ‘point-earning’ behaviours outlined on the Beauty Circle Rewards page.
• Once you accumulate 1000 Beauty Circle Reward Points, you will be able to redeem these points for a complimentary refill voucher to be used in conjunction with your next purchase.
• Once you redeem your points for a voucher, the voucher is valid for six months.
• You must add the complimentary refill you want to use your voucher on to your cart and then apply the voucher code in the checkout to receive the product for free.
• If you are buying more than one refill in the transaction, the free product will be the lowest value refill in your cart.
• You must use your voucher in conjunction with another product purchase.
• Any transactions that occur in one of Emma Lewisham’s partner retail stores will not count towards the Program.
• To the extent that Beauty Circle Reward points have been achieved by you in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise incorrectly allocated to you, including as a result of an error on the part of Emma Lewisham, we may adjust your Beauty Circle Rewards points to the extent necessary to address the breach or error (as the context permits).
• When a Customer obtains a refund or reimbursement for goods purchased from Emma Lewisham, an adjustment is also made to the Beauty Circle Rewards points in the amount of the reimbursement granted.

• Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of the Program may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions.
• All offers, gifts, benefits or rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent.
• Beauty Circle Rewards points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
• All Beauty Circle Rewards gifts, benefits or offers are subject to availability. Emma Lewisham is not liable for any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers not being available for any reason.
• Emma Lewisham reserves the right to change or withdraw the Beauty Circle Rewards and giveaways and these terms at any time without notice.

• At times Emma Lewisham may offer “Double Points”. You will be notified about these offers via your email address if you are opted to receive updates from Emma Lewisham.
• Double points are only awarded to customers who are a part of Emma Lewisham’s loyalty program and who purchase products through our online store during the promotion hours stated.

•  If you change your details please notify Emma Lewisham via your Account or contact us at hello@emmalewisham.co.nz
• Emma Lewisham is not responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Beauty Circle Rewards communications and rewards, gifts or benefits.

• Emma Lewisham may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Program without further notice if you have breached these Reward Terms.
• Where your right to participate in the Program is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards and rights and Beauty Circle Rewards status you may have at that time under the Program shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).
• The Customer’s participation in the Program may be terminated by either Emma Lewisham or the Customer by providing the other party with at least 30 days written notice. 

Our Terms of Service cover the warranties, liability and any taxes in relation to the Program.

Emma Lewisham expressly reserves the right to change the Program elements (including, but not limited to, the Beauty Circle Rewards levels, expiry dates or the way in which Beauty Circle Rewards rewards, gifts, benefits or offers are earned and redeemed) or cease running Beauty Circle Rewards at any time (without any liability to the Customer or any third party). Emma Lewisham will use reasonable endeavours to give advance notice to all Customers of any material changes in writing or by otherwise posting it on our website or other channels. If you do not agree to these changes, you may terminate your participation in the Program by providing Emma Lewisham with at least 30 days’ written notice after the date you received written notice of the changes or the changes were posted on our website or other social media channels.

A notice or communication shall be deemed to be given by Emma Lewisham to you if it is sent to your email address listed in your Account or by otherwise posting it on our website or other social media channels.

These Reward Terms any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
