What is Beauty Circle Rewards?
Beauty Circle Rewards is our loyalty programme designed to reward customers for making more sustainable choices. Members can earn points on eligible purchases, with refill products earning points at twice the rate of new vessels in recognition of their lower carbon impact.
Points can then be redeemed for rewards, including complimentary refills and exclusive member benefits.
How do I join Beauty Circle Rewards?
To join Beauty Circle Rewards, you'll need to create an Emma Lewisham account using your email address and a password. It's free to join and as a bonus for joining, 50 points are automatically added to your account.
Why are refills worth more than full products?
When you purchase one of our refill products, you save up to 74% in carbon emissions. We want to reward you for making this choice to reduce beauty industry waste by giving a higher amount of points. Refills remain at the heart of our long-term sustainability model.
Will my purchases or returns to your retail partners count?
Loyalty rewards and points are only available for purchases made from emmalewisham.com. Purchases and returns made at our retail partners are not eligible for loyalty points.
Do Beauty Circle Rewards points ever expire?
Yes, after 12 months of no activity Beauty Circe Rewards points will expire.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we do. To successfully refer a friend through our referral programme, you'll need to create or already have an Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle Rewards account. Then, enter your friend's email address in the "Refer a Friend" section of your Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle Rewards page. Alternatively, you can copy your unique link and share it directly with your friend.
To successfully refer your friend, your friend must be new to Emma Lewisham (never purchased with us before) and must place an order through your unique referral link. If these conditions are met, your Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle Rewards points will be added to your account automatically. Unfortunately, ‘Refer a friend’ is not available in Australia.
How do I claim my complimentary refill reward?
Once you've earnt 1000 points, you'll be able to redeem these points for a complimentary refill on your next purchase. Once redeemed, you’ll receive a code which must be applied to your cart at the checkout. To redeem, you must have a minimum of two items within your cart, one of which is the complimentary refill you wish to redeem. If you are purchasing more than one refill in your transaction, the discount will apply to the lowest price refill in your cart.
How do I use the complimentary refill voucher code?
Copy the voucher code and add at least 2 items in your cart, one being the complimentary refill of your choice, before proceeding to checkout.
Paste the voucher code to the checkout field 'Add a discount code or a gift card'. The discount will apply to the lowest price refill in your cart.
What is changing with Beauty Circle returns?
From May 30th 2026, we will no longer be offering direct returns of empty vessels and refill packaging to Emma Lewisham via our online returns programme. This means customers will no longer be able to generate or use a shipping label to send empties directly back to us. Our Beauty Circle loyalty programme remains active, including earning and redeeming points across eligible purchases.
Why is this change happening?
Emma Lewisham remains deeply committed to circularity, refill systems, and reducing environmental impact. As we continue to evolve our packaging and sustainability approach, we are transitioning toward end-of-life packaging solutions that offer the most effective and scalable environmental outcomes. This includes greater alignment with soft plastic recycling streams and global recycling systems used by our retail partners, such as Terra Cycle and PACT. This change allows us to strengthen impact at scale while continuing to prioritise responsible material recovery.
How can I return my empty pods?
New Zealand: If you already have a Beauty Circle Returns label, you may send your empty pods to us until May 30th 2026. Returned pods must be mailed before this date to be eligible for processing and loyalty points. Loyalty points for eligible returns will be uploaded within 2 weeks of the end of May. After May 30th 2026, empty pods can be returned via participating MECCA stores.
Australia: All returns should be taken to participating MECCA stores.
United States: Please return your empty products to participating Credo retailers across the United States.
United Kingdom & Rest of World: Please contact our Customer Care team for guidance on recycling options available in your region.
Can I still request a Beauty Circle Returns label?
Return labels can still be requested for our New Zealand customers until Friday 22ndMay. Please email us at hello@emmalewisham.com with your name and address and we will arrange this for you.
What can I return to MECCA or other retail partners?
Please ensure only pods are returned. When you’ve finished your favorite products, rinse and clean the vessel. Please ensure it is truly clean and empty as packages with product left inside may not be able to be recycled.
Please do not return any cardboard, notecards or packaging. This can be recycled at home through curbside recycling programs.
How can I earn loyalty points?

Will my existing Beauty Circle Rewards points be affected?
No. Your existing Beauty Circle Rewards points balance will remain unchanged and can continue to be earned and redeemed in line with the Beauty Circle Rewards programme terms and conditions.
