Application

Using light pressure and upward motions, massage the Gua Sha at an angle against your face, following your natural contours. This supports lymphatic drainage, boosts circulation and product absorption.

Emma's Tips

For an enhanced cooling effect, store your Gua Sha tool in the refrigerator—the additional coolness helps soothe inflammation and reduce puffiness.

Before I begin, I like to take a moment to gently massage the lymph nodes at the base of my neck and just under my ears. This helps ‘open the drain’ and supports more effective lymphatic flow.

Don’t forget the neck and décolletage. Using the tool in upward strokes here helps release tension.
