We proudly pioneered circular, refillable skincare within luxury beauty. All our products can be refilled, with our refillable packaging reducing carbon by up to 74%.
In 2021, we became the first skincare brand globally to offer refillable, circular-designed and Climate Positive certified skincare across our complete range—an achievement that garnered a personal endorsement by ethologist and United Nations Messenger of Peace, Dr. Jane Goodall.
Our sustainability strategy details the goals and targets we aim to achieve. These goals align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and address the six drivers of our supply chain—raw materials, suppliers, manufacturing, distribution, retail outlets and customers.

We’re advocating for stronger beauty regulations that align with global best practices and the latest science. In 2020, we called on New Zealand’s EPA to ban 25 harmful ingredients already prohibited in the EU and California.
