Application

Shake well before use. Apply this topical crème liberally to the skin. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, or more frequently after perspiring, swimming or towelling dry. Store below 30°C.

Emma's Tips

I never skip SPF, even on cloudy days as UV rays are still present. Consistent daily application is key to maintaining healthy, protected skin year-round.

For an even smoother application I love using our Supernatural Day Crème underneath for a boost of hydration and a flawless finish.

With any excess product, I like to use it on my neck and hands, and I make sure to cover often-missed areas like my eyelids and brow-line.

Before I put on my makeup, I give my SPF a full 20 minutes to absorb completely, to ensure it doesn't interfere with my SPF protection.

Fantastic alone and as a make up primer for those of us who like to avoid the dreaded shine!

I love this SPF cream. I apply one pump to my face and one pump to my chest area. I use a brush to spread it evenly before applying my makeup. I love that it doesn’t tint the skin, means I can apply to my chest area (that is sun damaged) and not worry about transfer. When you first apply it to your face, it seems super shiny. But once you apply your foundation over the top it just seems to morph into perfect skin. It’s the best makeup primer I have tried (and I have tried a lot). Best part is it not only protects my skin, but it holds my makeup perfectly. I usually have to blot my skin with tissues or apply loads of powder to absorb excess shine over the day. With this product I have a nice even glow without any shine, and no blotting needed. Complete miracle. On my shopping list for sure.

Big tick as rosacea friendly!

I’ve been using this gorgeous product for a week now and I'm loving it. I have always used only mineral sunscreen on my face because of rosacea outbreaks (in active phases I have to use antibiotics and or antibiotic cream to clear it, so it gets pretty serious and I am super fussy about products I use, I go as natural as possible). Your product is the nicest of any mineral sunscreen I have used. It glides on beautifully and the gentle fragrance is lovely too. I also love the dispenser. I am definitely very impressed and a fan (my previous mineral sunscreen from Antipodes has done me well but your product is a step above and I am a convert!).

I feel if I was going to react to it, I would have by now so am giving this a big tick as rosacea friendly.

I love this product. The best spf 50 sunblock I have found for my face. It is lightweight and non greasy. Highly recommended.

Perfect sunscreen

I love the new formulation of the sunscreen - glides on, feels super light on the skin, absorbs quickly and leaves no hint of whiteness at all. It feels more like skincare than sunscreen, just lovely to use. Amazing!!

The ultimate sun screen for harsh environments

I have very fair skin(I have red hair!) and in my late 50's! Took this with me to Fiji for a weeks holiday and used daily. I never got sunburn and my skin stayed hydrated! Many sunscreens give me a rash and I was fine with this.. I had a spray tan before going, and simply used this over my normal Emma Lewisham products for full protection! I was able to relax and enjoy the gorgeous holiday.

It's a keeper

Received a sample size of this and fell in love, it's creamy, it's glowy, it absorbs so nicely and is easily the best SPF moisturiser I've tried - and I've tried a lot of different brands. This product acts as a primer which I love, it actually reminds me of the Mac pinklite strobe cream but without all the nasties. This is definitely a product that I'll be sticking with.

Irreplaceable!

I had been eyeing up the mineral face creme for some time and finally decided to purchase it, primarily for its SPF. To my astonishment, although I have been using the Skin Reset Serum for several years, I discovered that my skin absolutely LOVES the actives in the mineral face creme. I have seen more improvement in the clarity and colour of my complexion since using this creme than with any other EL product. Conclusion: This mineral face creme offers MUCH more than sun protection!

What a great facial sunscreen

I have tried all sorts of facial sunscreens but this is the first one that feels like it absorbs rather than sits on the skin (so skin can feel a bit sticky or tacky afterwards) so gets a big tick from me. I like that I know I'm doing the right thing for my face but without the post-application grumbles I have had with other facial sunscreens. I'm glad I have this in time for summer.

this formula is so much better than the last one

this is an SPF I enjoy using. I've never been a great user of SPF, but now I'm spending more time outdoors, I'm aware of the need to protect my skin. I enjoy using this much more than the previous formula so that's a win win ..... I actually use it rather than it sit in the cupboard.
Glides on easily over my Creme Riche and sits nicely under make-up if I'm wearing.
Very happy with this product and all the other EL products that I use.
